Julie Jennings

I have over 30 years’ occupational therapy experience, specialising in spinal cord injuries, neurological developmental disorders/impairments, amputees, orthopaedic and surgical traumas, as well as many other conditions.

I also provide external expert training sessions and give talks on the value of occupational therapy and the impact of disability to a wide range of groups.

Pat Troth

I have worked as an Occupational Therapist for many years; I have been employed by both the Local Authority and NHS, in hospitals and community settings and in the private sector carrying out medico legal assessments. During this time I have specialised in a range of conditions, including orthopaedic injuries/trauma, amputees, neurological and pain syndromes. Through in-depth assessment, I am able to identify the suitability of clients homes and any functional difficulties they may have; enabling me to recommend reasonable solutions to restore / increase independence and highlighting reasonable care needs.

Sue Martin

I have 50 years’ of occupational therapy experience, specialising in learning disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injuries, people with disabilities within residential establishments, elderly care and care management.

I have also given talks to various associations such as the WI and the Round Table on the value of occupational therapy and the impact of disability.  I am a committee member for the Hebden Bridge branch of Riding for the Disabled.

Nicky Bukowski

I have over 20 years Occupational Therapy Experience specialising in rheumatological conditions, orthopaedics, surgical traumas, pain management education for chronic pain sufferers, as well as many other health conditions both physical and psychological.

In addition to carrying out expert Occupational Therapy assessments and reports within the medicolegal field, I am a practicing Occupational Therapist within the NHS.

Rebecca Emery

I have over 30 years’ experience as an occupational therapist, mainly specialising in Social Care, housing adaptations and the provision of specialist community equipment for people of all ages with a range of permanent and substantial disabilities.

 The overall aim of this role is to enable people to maximise their independence, improve their quality of life, increase their safety and  enable their carers to continue supporting them appropriately.

Hannah Hallam

I have over 18 years’ occupational therapy experience and I am currently a lead clinician in a hospital paediatric department as well as a treating and expert Occupational Therapist. I am experienced in working with children who have physical, neurological and learning disabilities, cognitive and perceptual impairments and challenging behaviours.

 I am able to offer treating occupational therapy as well as expert occupational therapy assessment and report.

Alex Wood

I have over 15 years of experience in a wide variety of acute and community settings including many rehabilitation roles within the NHS and in recent years in the private sector.

I have specialist skills within functional and neurological rehabilitation, with a special interest in cognition, fatigue and moving and handling. I continue to develop my skills through ongoing clinical practice and regular peer discussion and reflective practice.

Judith Hardman

 I have over 20 years’ experience of working as an Occupational Therapist with the NHS.  Most of my experience has been gained in acute and emergency medicine, working with a wide range of patient groups and conditions. This has given me a breadth of knowledge and skills with which to apply Occupational Therapy assessments and treatments. I have also developed and managed services in both a hospital and community setting and in collaboration with private organisations.

Katie Whiteley

Since qualifying as an Occupational therapist in 2004 I have worked in the acute setting within the NHS. I have worked in a wide range of clinical areas but predominately in orthopaedics and major trauma which is where my interests lie.

I ensure I keep up to date with my training and clinical knowledge and actively participate in developing the services in which I work.

Hollie Jennings

I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in January 2017 and since then have specialised in the field of psychiatric and forensic services. Prior to this I worked for several years as a support worker for clients with learning disabilities and individuals who had sustained a traumatic brain injury.

I have worked as a member of Julie Jennings and Associates since 2014, increasing my responsibilities within medico-legal practices since qualifying. My role also includes development of the OT service and supporting disability related training.
